Au Revoir, 2nd quartier

It’s a surprise I managed to get through the second half of the school year with all the needed requirements passed. Throughout this quarter, I learned a lot from our subject ICT and encountered challenges while answering the given tasks in our modules. Nevertheless, all of these struggles will amount to something better in the future.

Would you believe me if I said that the second quarter was like a walk in the park? Of course not! Only a fool would think that the path was not thorn-filled and bumpy with occasional holes we fall and get stuck upon, but if you are that fool who had a smooth ride throughout this quarter, then boy are you lucky. I admit that I was not at my best during this quarter, but with the lack of motivation and drive, along with the many visits of my old friend- procrastination may have hindered me in using my full potential. And this has highly affected my performance in answering and fulfilling my tasks or school requirements. It made me wonder if what I am doing is right, if my answers are correct, and if my efforts are sufficient to earn me good grades.
But I am glad that I am still trying and learning new things day by day, one topic at a time. Basic HTML and coding were the main focus of this quarter-- not something new to me, but at the same time, it is. It was enjoyable and confusing; it still is, especially when I try to follow the given instructions in programming and just come to a complete stop and stare at my laptop with bewilderment. I also managed to improve my skills in writing and fall in love again with constructing blogs and playing with words-- even if I am rushing through all of my blogs this quarter, all of my blogs came out well, and I am satisfied with them.

Every setback brings in a lesson and new opportunities, allowing us to develop and progress. Moving on, I will make an effort to improve this third quarter and out-grow my bad study habits, manage my time wisely and efficiently, and learn from my past mistakes and decisions. All of these will serve as a stepping stone for growth and success.
